But whatever you do, don't use the company that rhymes with willow and starts with a Z. They have not been to one house and use erroneous information. The horror stories go on and on and so do the lawsuits. All they are is 1-800 Dentist for houses. Agents pay them TONS of money for bogus leads and they double, triple, quadruple sell. Everyone's using them so they must be right, right? NO.. they're not right.. well, let me qualify that by saying.. just like a broken clock is right twice a day, they are close a small percentage of time. Don't let them lead you down the primrose path to thinking you know what your home is worth. That number they gave you is probably significantly low or significantly high. And agents who are listed on there, they make look GREAT and those who are not look like they don't know what they're doing. When quite the opposite is probably true. It doesn't matter how good you are.. it matters how much you pay them.
