I don't focus on myself when I  sell real estate.  While I don't hide from the buying public, my listings are at the forefront, not myself. My ego does not need feeding. I know that I can sell properties that other people can't. I have always been able to do that. Over my career, I have lost surprisingly small percentage of listings to other agents. While other agents rely on sheer volume and hope that enough of their listings sell to make a living, my listings get the attention necessary to sell. I am relentless in the pursuit to find buyers for your property and in finding the property that you are looking for. I have been involved in all facets of real estate, including management, cunsulting, sales, development and new construction I bought my first piece of propety at age 21. I flipped my first three properties and then got my real estate license in 1977. I sold real estate in Danbury for a year and then came back to live where I grew up in Westport, CT and have been a member in good standing of all of the State, Local and Federal Real Estate organizations. I have earned all of the top awards in my industry and rank among the top 2 percent by volume of agents in the country.
